RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be confident the part you've ordered is right for your vehicle. If something isn't right, here's how we put it right.
30-DAY RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on any unused part. To be eligible for return, the item must be:
- Unused, unfitted, and in resaleable condition
- In its original packaging, undamaged
- Returned with proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp using the Enquire button on any product page, or via the contact details on our Contact page. We will provide return instructions and a returns reference number.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK CONSUMER LAW)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK retail customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This right is in addition to our standard 30-day returns policy and applies to retail customers only (not trade or business customers).
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us within 14 days of delivery. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days. The goods must be unused and in their original condition. Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price including standard delivery charges within 14 days.
WARRANTY — 18,000 MILES OR 2 YEARS
Every part we sell is covered by an 18,000 mile or 2-year warranty, whichever comes first, from the date of purchase. If a part develops a fault within the warranty period under normal use, we will replace it free of charge or refund the cost at our discretion.
Warranty claims require:
- Proof of purchase
- A description of the fault
- Photos where applicable
- Evidence the part was fitted correctly (a garage invoice is ideal)
The warranty does not cover:
- Faults caused by incorrect fitment or installation
- Damage caused by misuse, racing, or track use
- Damage caused by accident or external impact
- Normal wear and tear (for example, brake pads wearing down through use)
- Parts fitted to vehicles other than those for which the OE number is suitable
FITTED PARTS
Once a part has been fitted to a vehicle, it is considered used and cannot be returned under our standard 30-day returns policy. Fitted parts remain covered by the 18,000 mile / 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you are unsure whether a part is the correct fit for your vehicle, message us on WhatsApp using the Enquire button on the product page before fitting. We will confirm fitment against your vehicle details. Cross-checking the OE number stamped on your old part against the OE number listed on our product page is the simplest way to verify fitment.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your parcel arrives damaged, or the part inside is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a free return and replacement or refund at no cost to you.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
RETURN POSTAGE COSTS
- Faulty parts under warranty, damaged parcels, or incorrectly supplied items: we cover return postage in full.
- Change of mind, ordered the wrong part, or cancelling under the 14-day right to cancel: the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of inspection. Please allow a further 5-10 working days for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return and the refund has not appeared, please contact us.
EXCHANGES
The quickest way to get the part you need is to return the incorrect item under our standard returns policy and place a new order for the correct part. This avoids any delay caused by holding the original transaction while we wait for the return to arrive.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on:
- Parts that have been fitted, used, or installed (covered under warranty instead)
- Parts damaged through incorrect fitment or misuse
- Parts returned without original packaging
- Electrical parts where the sealed packaging has been opened, for safety and warranty reasons
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Nothing in this policy limits or affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
