Order before 3:00pm Monday to Friday and your parts can be on your doorstep the next working day. Same-day dispatch from our Hayes warehouse on all in-stock orders placed before 3pm.

Standard UK Delivery — £4.99
Tracked service, 3—5 working days to most UK mainland addresses.
Express UK Delivery — £8.99
Next-day delivery, tracked. Order before 3pm Monday to Friday for next working day arrival.
Free UK Delivery — Orders over £50
Standard tracked service applied automatically at checkout on orders over £50. Upgrade to Express at checkout if you need it next day.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday leave our Hayes warehouse the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
We ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is on our roadmap for 2026.
Delivery times by region
UK Mainland: 1 working day on Express, 3—5 working days on Standard.
Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man: 2—4 working days.
Northern Ireland: 2—3 working days.
Delivery times are estimates from the day of dispatch and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. We use established UK couriers with end-to-end tracking on every parcel.
Collection from Hayes
If you'd like to collect your order from our Hayes warehouse, message us on WhatsApp before placing your order to arrange a slot. We are a trade and online business and cannot accept walk-in customers without an appointment.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link first. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will chase the courier on your behalf.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your parcel arrives damaged or the part inside is not what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. Claims received after 48 hours cannot be processed. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
