Our returns process
We want our customers to be confident the part they've ordered is right for their vehicle. Please cross-check the OE number on your existing part against the OE number on our product page before ordering. If you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp using the Enquire button on any product page — we'll confirm fitment before you commit.
14-day returns window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return on any unused part.
Returns will only be considered if you contact us via email within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Returns sent to us without first contacting us by email will not be accepted, and the parcel will be refused at our warehouse.
To request a return, email us within 14 days of delivery with:
Your order number.
Reason for return.
Photos of the part in its original packaging.
We will then send you return instructions and a returns reference number. The reference number must be written clearly on the outside of the returned parcel — parcels without a reference will not be accepted.
Conditions of return
To be eligible for return, the item must be:
Unused, unfitted, and in resaleable condition.
In its original packaging, undamaged, with all labels intact.
Returned with proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email).
Once fitted to a vehicle, a part is considered used and cannot be returned. Fitted parts remain covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects.
Return postage
The customer is responsible for return postage costs in all cases unless the part is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong part, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email with clear photos of the packaging and the product. Claims received after 48 hours cannot be processed. Where the fault is ours, we will cover the return postage in full and arrange replacement or refund.
Warranty — 18,000 miles or 2 years
Every part we sell is covered by an 18,000 mile or 2-year warranty, whichever comes first, from the date of purchase. If a part develops a fault within the warranty period under normal use, we will replace it or refund the cost at our discretion.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase, a description of the fault, supporting photos, and evidence the part was fitted correctly (a garage invoice is ideal). The warranty does not cover faults caused by incorrect fitment, misuse, racing or track use, accident damage, or normal wear (for example, brake pads wearing down through use).
Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days of inspection. Please allow a further 5 to 10 working days for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We do not offer store credit in lieu of refund.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. If you need a different part, return the original under our standard returns policy and place a new order for the correct part.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on:
Parts that have been fitted, used, or installed (covered under warranty instead).
Parts damaged through incorrect fitment or misuse.
Parts returned without original packaging.
Electrical parts where the sealed packaging has been opened, for safety and warranty reasons.
Returns sent to us without a returns reference number.
Returns received outside the 14-day window.
Your statutory rights
This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Nothing in this policy limits or affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
